Carglumic Acid Tablet For Oral Suspension (CARGLUMIC ACID DISPERSIBLE TABLET - ORAL)

Generic Name: Carglumic Acid

Instructions

Dissolve the tablet in water, using 2.5 mL of water for each tablet. Then drink immediately.

Do not use any liquid except water to dissolve the tablets.

Do not swallow the tablet whole.

After drinking the dose, add another portion of water to the syringe or glass. Swirl then drink to make sure you got the whole dose.

If you are giving this medicine through a tube into the stomach, ask your doctor or pharmacist for specific directions.

Take the medicine immediately before a meal.

Ask your doctor if any of your medicines need to be taken at the same time.

This medicine will work best if you take it at about the same time every day.

Follow instructions on the package for storing medicine.

Keep the medicine away from heat and light.

Store in original bottle, tightly closed and upright.

It is important that you keep taking each dose of this medicine on time even if you are feeling well.

If you forget to take a dose on time, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, do not take the missed dose. Return to your normal schedule. Do not take 2 doses at one time.

Always refill this medicine before it runs out.
