We offer telemedicine services through Amwell®, a nationally acclaimed telemedicine vendor, to provide you with access to care 24/7, wherever you are. Within minutes you can easily connect with a licensed, board certified doctor through a secure, HIPAA compliant live video feed, using your computer, tablet or smart phone. It's easy, private and secure!

We recently enhanced our telemedicine platform! Members can now access their account or sign up for telemedicine services at bluecrossvt.amwell.com. When logging in or registering, use the service key VERMONT to see all services available to Blue Cross Vermont members.

Common Health Concern Services

Our telemedicine services are best suited for those seeking general consultation for a common health concern or problem. Typical issues that can be supported via telemedicine include:

Respiratory infection
Sinus infection
Bronchitis
Fever,
Cough, cold, and sore throat
Flu
Allergies
Rashes
Urinary tract infection

Whole-Body Care Services

Amwell telemedicine services can also be used for sending prescriptions to the pharmacy, therapy, psychiatry, nutritional counseling, women's health, and weight loss services.

Getting Started - Register Before You Need Care

We encourage you create an account today with Amwell® so you're ready when you need it! Register via the link below or download the app. When registering, enter the service key of VERMONT to access Blue Cross VT services.

Smart Phone or Tablet

Download the Amwell app: Doctor Visits 24/7 app on the App Store (Apple devices) or Google Play Store (Android devices). You will need your Member ID Card when registering via the Amwell app.

Computer*

If you prefer to visit with a doctor via your computer, go to the Amwell website to sign up or log in into your account.

Phone**

Amwell doctors are also available by phone at (844) 733-3627.
